FTP - General Settings
To configure your FTP Export settings:
- Navigate to the Integration menu on the left side menu pane and click FTP Export. The screen opens to the General tab.
- Select the Export data every day after checkbox and enter the time you want the data exported.
You can only choose times between midnight (00:00) and 07:55 am. This is to prevent disruptions during the operations of the current day. - The data that is exported will be the call recordings and any additional call detail records that you selected as wanting to be exported under the Data Export Options tab.
- Click Update when done.
