Recording Formats
You can open the audio or video recording immediately or save it to your desktop first, before opening it. Audio recordings are saved in MP3 and the video recordings are saved in MP4 format. MP4 files can be played by most common audio players.
You may keep these downloaded files for your records or for sharing with other members of your organization.
