Call Recording Link

A call recording link is only available if a current or previous call has been recorded. If a call has been recorded, a link will appear in the Activities section of the

  1. In Salesforce Click Contacts to open a list of saved contacts.
  2. Locate the contact you are looking for, and click on the Name of the contact. The contact information opens.
  3. Click the Activity History link, located in the list of links above Contact Detail.

  1. A link to the call recording (if available) will appear in this section.

  1. Once the link to the recording is located, click on it and listen back to the conversation.
