Salesforce.com Integration Overview

Customer Relationship Management (CRM), allows your company to easily manage interactions with current and future customers. It is a software solution that assists you in accessing the right information and knowledge about a customer's history to improve the overall customer experiences. The Salesforce CRM Connectors are components that integrate the Salesforce CRM application with the Telax solution. This integration allows Agents to use the Salesforce CRM user interface to deal with all customer interactions.
This manual demonstrates how the Salesforce CRM is integrated into the Cloud Contact Center , and how the two work together. the Salesforce.com Screen pop integration requires a "CRM connector" to be deployed. Please contact your Service Provider to turn on and configure this CRM Connector
