Using the Salesforce.com Integration

Use the Telax CCA (web or .net) and Salesforce CRM in separate screens. Ensure whichever screen is appropriate for your respective activity is brought to the foreground of your desktop screen.
The Salesforce CRM's main function is to allow for the following:

  • Inbound screen pop
  • Link to call recording
  • Outbound click to call
  • Activity tracking with outbound dialing
