Join an Active Web CCA Chat Session

To join an active chat:

  1. Click the Chat icon and select Join chat session.



  2. In the Join Chat Session window, the name of the active chat sessions will be displayed. Click on the name and click Join.



  3. Your Chat window opens. When you join a chat session, the title bar and chat session tab of your chat window are red in colour, and the new chat session tab reads Conf to indicate there is more than one user in the chat.



    Note:
    If there is no chat session in progress, the following message is displayed: "There is no active chat sessions to join". Click Close, to close the window.
