Custom Trades
Custom Trades allow you to trade two agents’ shifts at the same time. To perform a custom trade:
- Click Custom Trade.
2. The Custom Trade window opens.
3. In the First Agent and Second Agent drop-down menu, select an Agent whose shift you want to trade.
4. In the First Agent and Second Agent Trade Date, select the shift date that is to be traded.
5. Click Submit
6. A Custom Trade confirmation dialog box appears, click Yes to complete the trade.
Note: To cancel the trade, click No in the Custom Trade confirmation dialog box.
7. The Custom Trade between the selected Agents is complete and will be reflected in the Published Schedule.
