Teams - Current


The following information is displayed in the Current section of the Metrics Dashboard:

  • Agents Available – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in the Available Status.
  • Agents Busy On Break – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in Busy-On Break Status.
  • Agents Busy-Wrap Up – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in Busy-Wrap Up Status.
  • Agents Busy-Other – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in Busy-Other Status.
  • Agents Busy-On Call – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in Busy-On Call Status.
  • Busy-Out Call – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in Busy-Out Call Status.
