Changing the Monitoring Page Display Options

Use the Options button at the top of the Monitoring page to change how the page looks and what it shows.

When you click the button, the Monitoring Options dialog box appears with following four tabs:

  1. General: Lets you change the Monitoring page's refresh rate and target service factor.



  2. Statistics: Lets you choose the metrics you want to view on the Monitoring page.



  3. Queue Status: Lets you display the Current Queue Status panel and the agents that are currently logged in. You can also choose to display the queue status vertically rather than horizontally.



  4. Agent Status: Lets you display the Current Agent Status panel and its various metrics.



    From this tab, you can also choose to display an optional 6th panel: Agents Signed Out. When you click to select the Show agents signed out section checkbox, the Agents Signed Out panel appears at the bottom of the Monitoring page, directly below the Current Agents Status panel, and it shows a list of the agents signed out of the CCA, along with all of their cumulative data for that day.
