Creating a New Script

Before proceeding with the tutorial, you must access the Script Manager.

To access the Script Manager:

  1. Click the Tools icon, and then click Scripting Tool.

  2. ScriptDesigner opens in a new tab.

With the Script Manager open, you can now create a new script.

To create a new script:

  • From the Script tab, click New.

Note: If you had an existing script open and did not make any changes to it prior to clicking New, a confirmation dialog will appear warning that any unsaved changes will be lost. Click Cancel to return to your script and save changes before creating a new script.
