Call Control Methods – Dial

Initiates an outbound call. The agent's phone will ring first, and then (once that call is answered) the call to the target destination will be started.
URI: /cca/voicecall/dial
Required Parameters: destination
Example: {+}http://localhost:6500/cca/dial?dest=18888083529+

Optional Parameters: OrgName and OrgNumber
Example: {+}http://localhost:6500/cca/dial?dest=18888083529&OrgName=test&OrgNumber=4162070112
