Retrieve a Saved IVR Prompt

Retrieve a Saved IVR Prompt

To retrieve a saved IVR prompt:

  1. Press 3 from the Main Menu.
  2. Now enter the 3-digit prompt number you wish to retrieve, followed by the # key.
  3. The prompt will be played back for you.
  • To listen, press 1. To publish, press 2. To re-save, press 3.


Note: Once you press 2 to publish a prompt, it will be live on our IVR
