BigCommerce

This section explains how to deploy one chat for all pages in BigCommerce.

To deploy one chat for all pages:

  1. Log into your BigCommerce account as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Storefront Design > Design Options, and then click the Footer Scripts tab.

  3. Paste the script in the Footer:

    1. For Proactive Chat V1.0:

    2. For Proactive Chat V2.0, copy the Proactive URL as shown in https://mycontactcenter.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TK/pages/2523594753

  4. Save your changes.
