This section explains how to deploy one chat for all pages in Squarespace. This entails adding JavaScript to all the pages where you want the Webchat.

To deploy one chat for all pages by adding a code block:

  1. Edit the page or post, click an insert point, and then select Code from the menu.

  2. Add the following script in the text field:

    1. For Proactive Chat V1.0:

    2. For Proactive Chat V2.0, copy the Proactive URL as shown in https://mycontactcenter.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TK/pages/2523594753

  3. Click Apply to save your changes.
