Wordpress

There are two methods for deploying to Wordpress, one is to deploy a chat for all pages, and the other to deploy a chat for a particular page. Both methods are explained here.

One Chat for All Pages

To deploy one chat for all pages:

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Theme editor.
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. Find the Theme Footer.
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Add the script reference as follows:

   1. For Proactive Chat V1.0:

   2. For Proactive Chat V2.0, copy the Proactive URL as shown in https://mycontactcenter.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TK/pages/2523594753

Chat for one Particular Page

To deploy a chat for a particular page:

1. Navigate to Pages, edit the target page, and add a Custom HTML block.
   
   

   
   
   

    

2. Paste the script tag, and then click Publish.

   1. For Proactive Chat V1.0, copy as shown in the image below.
      
      

   2. For Proactive Chat V2.0, copy the Proactive URL as shown in https://mycontactcenter.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TK/pages/2523594753
