Receive a Call

When you receive a call:

  1. Answer the call.
  2. Salesforce is automatically launched or brought to the foreground of your desktop.

    3. A screen pop appears in Salesforce displaying the ANI of the caller. The ANI aids in searching system records for contacts, accounts, and contact cases. If the ANI is found in any of these items, the records appear on your screen along with specific information pertaining to the caller.

Note: If the ANI is not found in any records the search page is displayed.

  1. Review the information presented in the record to gain some background information on the caller to aid in better serving the caller.
