0365 IMAP--Setting up Azure Credentials

Using OATH, Google email accounts and Office 365 email accounts can be connected to Contact Center. The most important aspect for this is the creation and set up of Azure credentials. This set of articles explains how.

The general steps for creating Azure credentials are:

  1. Register an application with Azure and create a service principal

  2. Obtain Tenant, App ID, and Application Secret values for signing in

  3. Add permissions
