Editing and Deleting Queues

To delete a queue

  1. Access the Queue/IVR page as explained in Queues

  2. Click the Delete link next to the queue you want to delete

     

  3. A Confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK if you are sure you want to delete the queue

 

To edit a queue

  1. Access the Queue/IVR page as explained in Queues

  2. Click the Edit link next to the queue you want to edit

     

  3. The Edit Queue dialog box appears. Make any necessary changes, and then click OK
