Deleting Skillsets

Use the Delete button to remove a skillset from the list of skillsets. A skillset can only be deleted when it is not assigned to any teams on the Agents page. To delete a skillset:

  1. Highlight the skillset you wish to remove.


     
  2.  Click Delete.



  3. A Confirmation window opens. Click OK to confirm the delete.



  4. If the skillset is successfully removed, the entry is removed from the list of skillsets.
