General Tab_

This is where you set up the general characteristics of your new campaign.

Complete the following information.

  • Name: Enter a name for your new campaign.

     

  • Description: Enter a description for the purpose of your campaign.

     

  • Active Period: Enter the start and end dates for your campaign. There is no limit to how long your campaign can run.

     

  • Daily Delivery Schedule: Enter the times during which the campaign contacts will receive notifications. This option works in conjunction with the Selected Days of the Week.

     

  • Selected Days of the Week: Select the days of the week on which the campaign contacts will receive notifications. This option works in conjunction with the Daily Delivery Schedule.

If you need to pause the campaign such that no notifications are sent within the dates and times specific, click to select the This campaign is paused checkbox.

 

Choose one of the following to continue setting up your campaign:

Voice to set up a voice campaign.

SMS to set up an SMS campaign.

Email to set up an email campaign.

Options to force a campaign creator to enter certain fields.

Integration to define web services for a campaign.

Administration to set up viewing and editing rights to your campaign.
