To upload a profile picture to an Agent’s account:

  1. Navigate to Configure > General > Agents.  Choose a Team if needed.



  2. Now select an Agent.




  3. Click on the General Information tab.  From the Identification section, mouse over the avatar/profile pic, and click Change.





  4. Locate the picture you would like to upload and click Open.



  5. The image is automatically resized to the correct dimensions and uploaded to the Admin Portal.



  6. Click Update to save your changes.
