Business function connectors can appear in three different colors--green, red, and yellow--and can either be solid or dashed. See Table 2 for further information one when each type of connector is used.

Connector and Property | Description |

Green, solid | Indicates a successful continuation through the call flow. Examples: successful input, menu selection, when an agent is logged in, when it is not a holiday and when a call is made during regular office hours. |
Greed, dashed | Indicates repetition, such as when the caller chooses to repeat menu options. |
Red, solid | Indicates a stop to the normal/complete call flow. Examples: no input, no menu selection, a dequeuer, redirect to voicemail, no agent is logged in, when it is a holiday, when a key press is required, and when a call is redirected to voicemail. |
Yellow, solid | Indicates an action was unsuccessful and must be carried out again. Example: if an invalid phone number has been entered, the caller must reenter the correct phone number. |
