To Edit a bulletin:
- From the Client Admin Portal, navigate to Configuration > Bulletins.
- Click Edit Audio, located to the right of the Bulletin you wish to edit.
- If not already selected, from the IVR drop down menu, select Bulletins to create a new bulletin.
- From the Language drop down, select the language in which you wish the bulletin to be recorded. Your language options are English, French, and Spanish.
- Click Edit, located to the right of the bulletin you wish to edit.
- The Edit Prompt dialog box opens.
- Edit the Description for the bulletin.
- Click OK.
- Changes to the selected bulletin are saved.
Note: New bulletins will not take effect until the IVR logic is updated accordingly.
