Introducing, a new API: Telagent API

When

  • Jan 18: USA West, Canada

  • Jan 19: USA East, Rogers

 

Highlights

  1. The following endpoints are available for this API:

    • Listing, open, and close session

    • Change activity

    • Interactions/Voice

    • Mute and Unmute

    • Hold and Retrieve

    • Pause and Resume

    • Terminate call

    • Dial

  2. Details and examples of the endpoints are found in the Swagger site: Telagent API.

     

    • Click an endpoint to learn more. For example, the image below shows the information for how to use the endpoint for creating a Telagent session.

       

How do I get this feature?

  • The new feature will be automatically available for use.

  • No intervention is required from a Service Provider.
