The Remote CCA Access API is a mechanism designed for external applications to execute certain actions remotely. The API includes methods allowing a number of actions such as muting, placing on hold, and controlling the audio recording of the current active voice call.  

The CCA application (.net) is required for this API.  WebCCA is not supported at this time.
