The Evaluator tool is used to assess Voice and Chat interactions between Agents and customers. Its purpose is to let you see how Agents talk to customers and determine whether messages are being delivered in the manner you want, according to company procedures.

To access Evaluator

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal per usual.

  2. Navigate to Analysis > Evaluator

  3. The Evaluator page opens in a new tab.
