To Edit Audio Bulletinsmanage audio bulletins:

...

  1. From the Client Admin Portal, navigate to Configuration Configure > General > Bulletins
  2. Click Edit Audio.

  3. The Prompt Files page opens. From here you can Listen to, Create New Version, Edit, and Delete IVR studio bulletins. You can also go directly to the Prompt Files page to edit bulletins.

To create a new bulletin:

  1. If not already selected, from the IVR drop down menu, select Bulletins to create a new bulletin.
  2. From the Language drop down, select the language in which you wish the bulletin to be recorded. Your language options are EnglishFrench, and Spanish.
  3. Click Create New Version, located to the right of the bulletin you wish to create.
  4. The Create New Version dialog box opens for the selected bulletin.
  5. Click Browse to open the File Upload window. Navigate to the location of your new bulletin, click on the file to highlight it, and click Open. The name of the file appears to the right of the Browse button in the Audio File section of the dialog box.
  6. In the Comments section, type any relevant description for the new bulletin.
  7. Click OK.
  8. The new bulletin is saved and replaces the previously saved bulletin.

To Edit a bulletin

  1. If not already selected, from the IVR drop down menu, select Bulletins to edit a bulletin.
  2. Click Edit, located to the right of the bulletin you wish to edit.
  3. The Edit Prompt dialog box opens.
  4. Edit the Description for the bulletin.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Changes to the selected bulletin are saved.

Note: New bulletins will not take effect until the IVR logic is updated accordingly.

To Listen to an existing bulletin:

  1. If not already selected, from the IVR drop down, select Bulletins.
  2. Click Listen, located to the right of the bulletin you wish to listen to.
  3. The Open Media window opens.
  4. Select Open with to immediately open the audio file in the media player of your choice and click OK.
  5. Click Save File to save the file to your hard drive before opening it and click OK. Then locate the saved file and double click on it to open it in your default media player.
  6. The audio file begins to play in your media player.

To Delete an existing bulletin (sysadmin users only):

  1. If not already selected, from the IVR drop down, select Bulletins.
  2. Click Delete, located to the right of the bulletin you wish to delete.
  3. Delete confirmation dialog opens. Click OK to proceed with deleting the bulletin.
  4. The bulletin is removed from the list.
