To upload a profile pic picture to an Agent’s account:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Agents.
   
   
   
   
2. Select an Agent.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the General Information tab.
   
   
   
   
4. From the Identification section, move the mouse over the profile picture and click Change.
   
   
   
   
5. Locate the picture you would like to upload and click Open.
   
   
   
   
6. The image is automatically resized to the correct dimensions and uploaded to the Admin Portal.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Update to save your changes.
