To remove a profile pic form picture from an Agent’s account:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Agents.
   
   
   
   
2. Select an Agent.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the General Information tab.
   
   
   
   
4. From the Identification section, mouse over the profile picture and click Clear.
   
   
   
   
5. A Delete confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK.
   
   
   
   
6. The profile picture is removed from the Agent’s account.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Update to save your changes.
