To view flagging reasons per queue, select Per Queue, located at the top of the page.
When Per Queue is selected, users can add/remove flagging reasons to/from various queues:
- From the Queue drop down menu, select a Queue.
- The Flagging Reasons for the selected queue appear.Edit queue flags by selecting and unchecking the check boxes.are displayed at the bottom of the page.
- Click Update to save your changes.
