In Partner Portal, you must create logins for the agents who will take calls, the supervisors/managers who will manage the teams, and anyone else who will access the contact center. Using Partner Portal, you can add or remove users.
Important: Create all the users needed for the contact center--billing is based on concurrent users. People who only log in to the Control Panel are not counted as licensed users.
