Bug Fixes
In the Classification form that appears when an Agent has finalized a call, the Notes box will appear at the bottom of the form, under all other classification boxes.
Line breaks are no longer allowed when the maximum number of characters allowed has been reached.
Total Service Level will be shown correctly.
If an Agent cancelled dial out before actually starting to dial out, their status would change to Available. With this version, the status will change to Not ready.
How do I get this feature?
The new feature will be automatically available for use.
No intervention is required from a Service Provider.
