What’s new in this version:

 

Bug Fixes

  • In the Classification form that appears when an Agent has finalized a call, the Notes box will appear at the bottom of the form, under all other classification boxes.

  • Line breaks are no longer allowed when the maximum number of characters allowed has been reached.

  • Total Service Level will be shown correctly.

  • If an Agent cancelled dial out before actually starting to dial out, their status would change to Available. With this version, the status will change to Not ready.

 

How do I get this feature?

  • The new feature will be automatically available for use.

  • No intervention is required from a Service Provider.
