What's new in this version:

Enhancements:

Contact Search refactoring

  • An Agent will be able search from two symbols (changed from three)

 

Bug Fixes:

  • Users are now stopped from navigating to dial out when there is an incoming call

  • When an Agent presses the transfer/conference button AND choose a destination, they're not allowed to transfer/conference

 

How do I get this feature?

  • The new feature will be automatically available for use.

  • No intervention is required from a Service Provider.
