Enhancements:
Contact Search refactoring
An Agent will be able search from two symbols (changed from three)
Bug Fixes:
Users are now stopped from navigating to dial out when there is an incoming call
When an Agent presses the transfer/conference button AND choose a destination, they're not allowed to transfer/conference
How do I get this feature?
The new feature will be automatically available for use.
No intervention is required from a Service Provider.
