Once all rotations are created they can be assigned to users. Ensure all your agents have been entered into the Telax Administrator Portal; all agents created in the Administrator Portal have been automatically imported into WFM.
From the Agents tab, you can Assign Rotations to users and Unassign Rotations from users.
Access the Agents tab by selecting Main Menu > Patterns > Users.
