On the SWAT Users tab, you'll see a list of all the users in your database along with their contact information including primary and alternate phone numbers, and email addresses.
HINT: If a user has two phone numbers listed, the SWAT message will be delivered to both numbers simultaneously. If an email address is listed, a .wav file containing your message will be sent to that address.
