The Edit link allows you to edit the selected prompt file:

  1. Click Edit, a dialog box opens.

  1. Click in the Prompt field to list all Prompt IDs for the selected IVR and select the new Prompt ID that you would like assign to the IVR.
  2. Click OK.
  3. The new Prompt ID is assigned to the selected IVR.

Note: New prompts will not take effect until the IVR logic is updated accordingly.
