  1. Select Configure > Inbound Voice > IVRs to navigate to the IVRs page.
  2. Click IVR Groups located above the Queues list.

  3. The IVR Groups page opens.



  4. Click Add.



  5. The Add IVR Group dialog opens.



  6. Enter a Name and Description for your new IVR group in their respective fields. Click OK
  7. In the IVR Group Members section, check each IVR that you would like to add to your IVR Group

  1. Select the IVR Group you wish to delete. 
  2. Click Delete.


     
  3. A Delete IVR Group Confirmation dialog box opens. Click OK to delete the IVR Group.

  4. The IVR Group is removed from the IVR Group List
  5. Click Update to save your changes.
