Content Comparison

To view resolutions per queue, select Per Queue, located at the top of the page.

When Per Queue is selected, users can add/remove resolutions to/from various queues:

1. From the Queue drop-down menu, select a Queue.
   
   
    
2. The Resolutions for the selected queue appear.Edit queue client types by selecting and unchecking the check boxes.are displayed at the bottom of the page.
