The following information is displayed in the Current section of the Metrics Dashboard:
- Agents Available – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in the Available Status.
- Agents Busy On Break – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in Busy-On Break Status.
- Agents Busy-Wrap Up – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in Busy-Wrap Up Status.
- Agents Busy-Other – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in Busy-Other Status.
- Agents Busy-On Call – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in Busy-On Call Status.
- Busy-Out Call – The total number of agents in the selected Team(s) currently in Busy-Out Call Status.
