Response contact time for online chat is immediate if a representative is online during chat initiation. If a representative is not available, the option of leaving a phone number to receive a callback or leaving an email address to receive an email response may be available.
Response time for callback or email is between 15 - 30 minutes during core hours, and up to 4 hours after core hours.
