To remove a profile pic picture from your account:

  1. Navigate to the My Profile page in the Admin Portal.



  2. Click on the Identification tab.



  3. Mouse Move your mouse over the profile picture and click Clear.



  4. A Delete confirmation dialog appears. Click OK.



  5. The profile picture is removed from the Agent’s account.
