1. From the Client Admin Portal, navigate to Configuration > Bulletins.
2. Click Edit Audio, located to the right of the Bulletin you wish to edit.

3. If not already selected, from the IVR drop down menu, select Bulletins to create a new bulletin.
   
   
   
   
4. From the Language drop down, select the language in which you wish the bulletin to be recorded. Your language options are English, French, and Spanish.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Edit, located to the right of the bulletin you wish to edit.

6. The Edit Prompt dialog box opens.

7. Edit the Description for the bulletin.
8. Click OK.
9. Changes to the selected bulletin are saved.
