"Transfer Info" is a feature that allows the agent to insert notes for either an agent, or an agent answering from queue to see when a call is transferred to them

to use Transfer Information for your Transfer, click on the Transfer Information button at the bottom of the Transfer Dialog Box:
Teh Transfer Information dialog Box will appear. Fill in your transfer info as configured, then clock OK
Your transfer info will then be saved and you may resume your transfer activity
