To change your own queue access:
- From the My Profile page, select the Individual Skills tab.
- Check the checkboxes for the queues you want to access. For any queues you do not want to access, uncheck the corresponding checkboxes.
- From the Priority drop down menu, select the call priority for the queue.
- Check the Apply changes to active sessions after updating checkbox to ensure the queue access changes are applied immediately once Update is clicked.
- Click Update, located in the top right corner of the page to save the changes.
Note: Always click Update, located in the top right corner to save your changes. If Update is not clicked, any new changes made will not be saved.
