The Dial Around feature allows users to call into the call center platform from an external authorized number, enter a number to call out to, and ensure the call gets recorded once the user is connected with the destination number. One of the major benefits of this feature is it allows for the continual recording even when a user is working remotely and unable to sign into the CCA.
