Bulletins are disabled from the IVRs page of the Admin Portal.

To disable a bulletin:

  1. Navigate to the IVRs page by selecting Configure > Inbound Voice > IVRs from the Navigation Panel located on the left side of the screen.
     

     


  1. Locate the entry with the activated bulletin.



  2. From the Active Bulletin drop down menu, select None.



  3. Click Update, located in the top right corner, to save your changes.

Note: Bulletins that have been activated or deactivated for a queue from the Bulletins page will automatically be updated on the Queues page.
