  1. Call 8554914802 (Chicago clients)
    Call 8553385227 (Toronto clients)
  2. Enter your account pass code
  3. Select Option 1 from the menu for Agent's greeting
  4. Enter your Public Hosted DID
  5. Enter your password (default should be 1234)
  6. Follow the prompts and record the greeting
