An optional feature, Templates can be used as pre-written content for the body of an email, or as a signature to be added at the end of an email. You can upload signature templates to the Admin Portal from the Inbound Email Templates page and use them when replying to a customer's email that was sent through the queue. The template size limitation is 100kb, which allows you enough room to add logos if needed. If you attempt to upload a template that exceeds 100kb, you will receive an error message.
