Introducing, Default country codes with a leading + will be added to any dialed number that does not start with a '+' and has six or more digits.

When

  • Aug 31: USA West, Canada

  • Sept 1: USA East, Rogers

 

Highlights

  • The Basic Settings tab of the Global Settings configuration page (Configuration > General > Global Settings > Basic Settings) will have a new text box called Country Code.

  • In this box, a default country code with a leading + will be added to any dialed number that does not start with a '+' and has six or more digits. For example, if the Default Country Code is 1 and the number dialed is 555-555-1234, the dialed number will be +1 555-555-1234

  

How do I get this feature?

  • The new feature will be automatically available for use.

  • No intervention is required from a Service Provider.

  • No labels
