FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is used to transfer files between a client and a server on a computer network. This feature can be used to export call recordings and/or Call Detail Records from the previous day to a secure FTP server of your choosing. This will allow you to manage the storage of the call recordings yourself on your own premise and/or allow you to store or take action (i.e. feed into an offline reporting system) on call detail records.

You can optionally choose to have your call recordings and/or Call Detail Records exported. Additionally, you can define which specific aspects of the call data you want to view for your reporting purposes. For example, you can choose to add the callback activity to the data that is transferred, but not the voicemail activity.

For purposes of adding to an allow list, use:

Canadian clients: 206.225.166.129
US clients: 166.78.93.64
